In-Class Field Trips for Grade Two Students
Have you ever seen a cow magnet?
This fun and exciting program encourages students to explore the amazing world of magnets.
By rotating in groups between five stations, students will use a variety of magnets and discover their everyday uses. Topics such as polarity, strength and transparency are discussed and observed. Students will also discover they can make a temporary magnet by magnetizing a pair of scissors.
The scissors will be theirs to keep.
